Commercial LED lighting for retail, warehouses and showrooms

Retail and commercial sites run their lighting for long hours, so efficacy and rated life decide what the installation costs to own. We supply high bay lighting, floodlighting, streetlights and retrofit lamps for shops, showrooms, supermarkets, commercial buildings and warehouses. Housings across the catalogue are specified from IP65 to IP68, rated life runs from 50,000 to 100,000 hours, and the fittings are built around LEDs from Philips Lumileds and Nichia with Mean Well drivers. Send us the space, the mounting height or the lux target and we specify against it.

What we supply to retail and commercial sites

High-ceiling space is covered by 70 LED high bay lights, for warehouses, distribution floors, back-of-house and retail units with an exposed structure. External and large-area lighting comes from 1,482 LED flood lights, including 156 modular floodlights, for car parks, yards, loading bays, forecourts and building elevations. Access roads and service areas are covered by 11 LED streetlights.

Where the existing fittings stay in place, the 20-product LED lamp range includes PL-L retrofit types for fluorescent fittings. Confirm the control gear arrangement in your existing fittings with us before you order. Specifications are published per product across the catalogue — power, lumens, efficacy in lm/W, IP rating, beam angle, CCT, IK rating, voltage and warranty, where these are published for the line — so you can check a fitting against your specification before you enquire.

What long running hours demand from a light fitting

Five requirements shape how we specify lighting for retail and commercial estates.

01
Efficacy decides the operating cost
Efficacy runs up to around 100 lm/W, quoted per product. Against the traditional lighting it replaces, LED cuts lighting energy by up to 70%. On a site that lights the whole trading day, that difference sets the running cost for the life of the installation.
02
Rated life matched to the cost of access
Rated life is 50,000 to 100,000 hours, depending on product. Over racking, in an atrium or on a mast, every lamp change means access equipment and lost floor time. The interval between changes matters as much as the price of the fitting.
03
Sealing matched to the mounting position
Housings across the catalogue are specified from IP65 to IP68. Wash-down areas, loading bays and external mountings take the higher ingress ratings; a sales floor or an office ceiling can run lower. We select the rating per position rather than applying one figure across the site.
04
One colour temperature across the estate
CCT is published per product, so you can fix one figure and specify every position against it. Ask us to confirm the CCT for each line before you set an estate-wide standard. Tell us if a rollout runs over several orders, so we can plan production against the same specification.
05
Retrofit where the fittings stay
PL-L retrofit types within the 20-product LED lamp range cover existing fluorescent fittings, so a refit does not always mean replacing the housing. Where the fitting itself has reached the end of its life, we quote the replacement instead. Send us the lamp type and the fitting and we tell you which route applies.

Where we supply retail and commercial lighting

Shops and high street units
Sales-floor and back-of-house lighting, with one colour temperature carried across the estate.
Showrooms
Display and general lighting, specified against a lux target for the floor and the display positions.
Supermarkets
Sales floor, stockroom and goods-in, plus car park and forecourt floodlighting outside.
Commercial buildings
Circulation, plant rooms and car parks, with floodlighting for the elevation and the approach.
Warehouses and distribution
High bay lighting over racking and pick faces, floodlighting for yards and loading bays.
Back-of-house and service areas
Goods-in, corridors and plant. Where an area is classified, a separate ATEX and IECEx explosion-proof range covers it, 101 products.

Simulation, costing and delivery support

JNLED was founded in 2010 and is headquartered in Hong Kong, close to the factories in South China we work with, which allows close collaboration on product development. We hold our own moulds on key product lines and buy direct from the chip, driver and coating suppliers. That is what makes OEM projects and a high level of customisation practical on a commercial order rather than a catalogue-only exercise.

Before you commit, we produce light-simulation reports for the space in question and cost-saving calculations against your existing installation. After the order, we cover project design, production, logistics including customs clearance and warehousing, and installation support, and we ship worldwide. Warranty terms are stated per product where published for the line.

Send us your retail or commercial lighting requirement

Give us the space, the mounting height and your lux target, and we come back with a specification, a simulation and a price. A floor plan or an existing lighting schedule speeds this up but is not required.
