Exhibition LED lighting for stands, stages and galleries

Event and exhibition lighting is rigged, struck and rigged again. The same fixture travels to the next hall, goes back up on a different elevation and has to look identical to the last show. We supply linear LED strip, aluminium profile and the drivers and controls behind them against that cycle. The catalogue holds 1,812 LED strips and profiles, including 1,172 Neon-Flex, 43 COB strip and 23 RGBW products, with drivers and controls listed as a separate category. Ingress protection across the catalogue runs from IP65 to IP68, rated life runs from 50,000 to 100,000 hours, and fittings are built around LEDs from Philips Lumileds and Nichia with Mean Well drivers. Send us the stand drawing, the gallery elevation or the lux target and we specify against it.

What we supply to events and exhibitions

Linear light does most of the work on a stand. The catalogue holds 1,812 LED strips and profiles: 1,172 Neon-Flex products, 43 COB strip products and 23 RGBW products, plus aluminium profiles to carry and protect the strip on fascias, headers, shelves, plinths and display cases. Specifications are published per product across the catalogue — power, lumens, efficacy in lm/W, IP rating, beam angle, CCT, IK rating, voltage and warranty, where these are published for the line — so you can check a run against your specification before you enquire.

Drivers and controls sit in a separate category of five products, and Mean Well drivers are used behind the fittings across the catalogue. Tell us the space you have inside the stand structure, the input voltage on site and whether the run has to dim, and we specify the driver with the strip rather than after it. For the ground around a temporary build — approach routes, outdoor stands and load-in areas — the catalogue holds 1,482 LED flood lights, including 156 modular floodlights.

What a rigged-and-struck installation demands from a fitting

Five requirements shape how we specify lighting for stands, stages, galleries and temporary installations.

01
Fittings that go up, come down and go up again
A stand fitting is handled far more often than a permanent one. Aluminium profile carries the strip, takes the handling and gives you a fixing point that survives repeated builds. Where an IK rating is published for the line, it is listed with the product, so you can compare two candidates on impact rating before you settle on a build standard.
02
The same colour on every stand
Colour that drifts between two halves of a stand is visible. Colour that drifts between this show and the next one is worse. CCT is published per product, so specify one product line and one CCT across the whole build and order the full quantity against a single specification. Come back to us with that original specification for a top-up run and we quote against it.
03
Drivers the structure has to hide
Every run of strip needs a driver, and the driver has to live inside the build. Give us the space available, the input voltage on site and the control you intend to run, and we size the driver with the run rather than leaving it to the fit-out. Drivers and controls are a separate catalogue category, and Mean Well drivers are used across the fittings.
04
Power caps and running cost
Where a venue caps the power available to a stand, efficiency decides how much light you get inside that cap. Efficacy runs up to around 100 lm/W, quoted per product. Against the traditional lighting it replaces, LED cuts lighting energy by up to 70%, and we can produce a cost-saving calculation before you commit.
05
Fittings that keep working through the show
Rated life is 50,000 to 100,000 hours depending on product. Ingress protection across the catalogue runs from IP65 to IP68, which matters on outdoor stands, wash-down areas and anywhere a build shares space with catering or plant. We select the rating per position rather than applying one figure across the whole installation.

Where this lighting goes

Exhibition stands
Fascia, header, shelf and plinth light in aluminium profile, with drivers sized to the space inside the structure and one CCT specified across every module.
Trade show builds
Repeat builds across a show calendar, specified from a single product line so the second hall matches the first and spares come from the same specification.
Stages and sets
Linear strip and Neon-Flex for set edges, risers and scenic detail, with RGBW products where the set has to change colour.
Galleries and display cases
Continuous runs in profile for cases, niches and picture rails. CCT is published per product, so lighting stays consistent from one room to the next.
Temporary and touring installations
Kit that is packed, shipped and rebuilt. Profile protects the strip in transit, and we ship worldwide with logistics including customs clearance and warehousing.

Simulation, costing and delivery support

JNLED was founded in 2010 and is headquartered in Hong Kong, close to the factories in South China we work with, which allows close collaboration on product development. We hold our own moulds on key product lines and buy direct from the chip, driver and coating suppliers. That is what makes OEM work and a high level of customisation practical on an events order rather than a catalogue-only exercise.

Before you commit, we produce light-simulation reports for the stand or space in question and cost-saving calculations against your existing installation. After the order, we cover project design, production, logistics including customs clearance and warehousing, and installation support, and we ship worldwide. Warranty terms are stated per product where published for the line.

Send us your event or exhibition lighting requirement

Give us the stand, the stage or the gallery space, the area to be lit and your lux target, and we come back with a specification, a simulation and a price. Stand drawings or a lighting schedule speed this up but are not required.
